The decisive factor for ensuring the quality of our products is our work force. Their qualifications, expertise, experience, and their willingness to learn, determine the quality of our services. Training and Development
Staff training and development has always been our priority. We make sure that our employees expand their knowledge and improve their skills by providing ongoing training courses. Varied and selected training of staff ensures the basis for achieving constant high standards of quality. To this end Hulvershorn offers apprenticeship as foundry mechanic, pattern maker, and industrial clerk.
We are currently giving 14 young people apprenticeship training at our two plants in Germany.
Ongoing training and further qualifications are not the only two factors at the top of our priorities list. Personal human elements and the development of the individual are our top priorities. After our apprentices have completed their training , we endeavour to offer them secure long term employment. In this way we are always able to give our employees the opportunity to qualify themselves through extra-occupational training courses for additional attractive positions within our company.
